Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will engage with both cold and warm prospective clients through direct outreach, networking, and referrals to promote our voice, data, and television services within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls to assess customer needs, gather information, and effectively sell services to potential clients to meet sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales documentation, including orders and agreements, to the supervisor on a daily basis.
- Manage customer accounts from the initial sale through to installation, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Perform follow-up calls post-installation to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in community events to create additional sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or customer service, or current military service, or prior military service with honorable discharge.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary credentials and/or licenses for sales.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $30,500 with uncapped commission potential.
- Targeted earnings ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually.
- Comprehensive benefits package for associates working 20 or more hours per week, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
- Additional benefits include Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage for associates working 30 or more hours per week, and Education Assistance for full-time associates.
