Utilizing your understanding of the Madison area, you will be responsible for expanding the local market by securing partnerships with sought-after local enterprises.

This role offers the potential for unlimited commissions based on revenue, sales objectives, and company aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

Your Role:
1. Cultivating and developing leads through various channels, including direct outreach.

2. Arranging in-person and telephonic meetings with qualified prospects.

3. Evaluating potential business opportunities, negotiating favorable terms, and securing commitments from prospects.

4. Maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients.

5. Drafting proposals and contracts in accordance with sales guidelines.

6. Communicating ongoing sales activities to the sales management team.

7. Achieving individual quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

Required & Preferred:
We seek dynamic team members with a proven track record in sales.

Strong familiarity with the local market, including consumer trends and popular merchants and attractions.

A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience is required, preferably in online advertising, direct marketing, or local advertising, though all sales backgrounds will be considered.

Strategic thinker with demonstrated consulting and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging at all decision-making levels.

Self-driven team player who can surpass goals and revenue expectations.

Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter.

Able to work independently while maintaining focus, productivity, and meeting deadlines.

Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor.


A valid driver's license and satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check are required, along with proof of insurance if using your own vehicle for work purposes.
