Job OverviewPosition: Sales Representative
Company: Sterling Engineering Inc.
Compensation: $80K-$150K DOE

Role Summary: As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling our top-tier water treatment products to residential clients within your designated area. Your efforts will ensure that homeowners have access to superior water quality solutions that significantly improve their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Consultative Approach: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' water requirements, providing education on our offerings and suggesting tailored solutions.
  • Engaging Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the advantages of our water treatment systems and related products.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong connections with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve or surpass established sales goals and revenue targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep informed about our product range, services, and market trends to effectively convey their benefits to clients.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management within our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience and ensure timely delivery of water treatment solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated success in sales, including prospecting and closing
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a talent for resolving complex issues
  • Proven ability to generate leads and expand a sales territory
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and DocuSign is a plus
