**Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative assistance to the Vice President for Climate, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Field internal and external meeting inquiries and other administrative support tasks.
* Manage the calendar for one Climate Mission Director and act as primary liaison for administrative matters on behalf of the Climate Project.
* Work alongside Senior Program Manager and Mission Directors to plan and operationalize community engagement opportunities, workshops, and external stakeholder engagement events.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of three years of administrative experience preferred.
* Proven ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, customer service, time-management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
