Highly Organized Administrative Coordinator

The Hollister Group is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team in Cambridge. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of information and acting as a liaison for all levels of management.
We are seeking a driven, organized, and experienced professional who can enhance their network and skill set. If you have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1-3 years of administrative support experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, forward calls and messages appropriately to ensure timely communication.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and staff regarding administrative requests.
- Arrange meetings, compose and distribute agendas, and take minutes as requested to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Manage conference room calendars and coordinate meetings to optimize productivity.
- Maintain internal databases and organize documents and files to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with general office management and special projects to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- 1-3 years of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple competing tasks and projects according to urgency.
