Program and Research Coordinator

Join a dynamic team at Harvard University as a Program and Research Assistant in the Department of Global Health and Population. As a key member of our research operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to improve public health education, research, and policy.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work independently on various projects, conducting literature reviews, data analysis, and other research-related tasks. You will also provide administrative support to Professor Winnie Yip, including scheduling meetings, coordinating international events, arranging travel, and submitting reimbursement requests.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct literature reviews and data analysis on eldercare policies and systems

- Provide administrative support to Professor Winnie Yip
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of relevant experience in research operations or administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
