The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work independently on various projects, conducting literature reviews, data analysis, and other research-related tasks. You will also provide administrative support to Professor Winnie Yip, including scheduling meetings, coordinating international events, arranging travel, and submitting reimbursement requests.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct literature reviews and data analysis on eldercare policies and systems

- Provide administrative support to Professor Winnie Yip

**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of relevant experience in research operations or administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
