Key Responsibilities
  • Business Correspondence: Composes and produces high-quality business documents, including letters, emails, and reports.
  • Document Review and Editing: Reviews and edits documents produced by others to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Confidentiality and Access Control: Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information, such as staff personnel files.
  • Inquiries and Information: Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.
