About the Role

As an Administrative Coordinator at Compunnel, you will play a crucial role in managing various programs, projects, and events. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and manage assigned programs, projects, or events, ensuring successful execution.
  2. Develop and implement administrative systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact, responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, and academic collaborators.
  4. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, budgets, and strategic plans.
  5. Manage program-related digital content, including maintaining web pages, websites, or other program materials.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in planning, prioritizing, and tracking work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic to advanced proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
