Program Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to oversee and manage various programs, projects, and events. This role involves creating and implementing administrative systems, maintaining program records, and serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage assigned programs, projects, or events, ensuring successful execution.
- Develop and implement administrative systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact, responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, and academic collaborators.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Manage program-related digital content, including maintaining web pages, websites, or other program materials.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in planning, prioritizing, and tracking work with minimal supervision.
- Basic to advanced proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
