As a Program Development and Evaluation Coordinator at Partnerships in Education and Resilience (PEAR), you will play a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of innovative evaluation tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, as well as experience in data collection, management, and analysis.

A key responsibility of this role is to assist in the development and delivery of priority research and development projects. You will also support evaluation coordination efforts with clients, including ongoing communication, project design, qualitative and quantitative data interpretation, and producing resources and tools.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our work environment is remote, with location requirements in Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Georgia, Texas, and Louisiana. We require high-speed internet connectivity for videoconference meetings via Zoom.
