R80 LLC is in search of a dedicated and self-driven Administrative Support Coordinator. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role involves providing essential support to both office personnel and management.

The responsibilities include assisting with project planning, coordinating schedules, performing clerical duties, and facilitating day-to-day operations as required. The capacity to transition between tasks based on business needs is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient understanding of computer applications and technology
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and processes, demonstrating self-sufficiency in research and learning
  • Effectively manage various routine aspects of daily business operations
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge with the capability to process invoices accurately
  • Input financial data and transactions
  • Ensure the accuracy of entered transactions
  • Analyze financial information and budgets
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline is a plus
  • Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role
  • Proficient in spreadsheet management, with experience in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication capabilities
