1. Administrative Support:
- Assist in the coordination and management of the Reflective Practice Course, ensuring all components are executed according to established guidelines and priorities.
- Engage with various stakeholders to facilitate communication regarding session logistics, reminders, and participant coordination.
- Update and maintain the online curriculum platform, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility.
- Organize classroom setups and assist in scheduling for small group sessions.
- Collaborate with administrative personnel to manage invitations and logistics for guest speakers.
- Provide assistance with website access inquiries and non-technical support.
2. Departmental Administrative Duties:
- Draft and manage routine correspondence for departmental faculty and leadership.
- Conduct research using library resources to support faculty and student needs.
- Maintain organized office files and ensure compliance with departmental procedures.
- Welcome and assist visitors, students, and staff in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications effectively.
- Ensure course materials are current and accessible to all stakeholders.
3. Meeting and Event Coordination:
- Schedule and arrange meeting spaces, catering, and maintain calendars for departmental activities.
4. General Administrative Support:
- Oversee office supply inventory and provide clerical assistance as needed.
