Job Summary

Nevro is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead projects that drive product launches and existing product changes across our Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) businesses and geographies. This role will report directly to the Director of Product and Upstream Marketing, leading Global Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns a project from inception through completion, managing multiple mid-scale projects independently.
  • Collaborates with the Director of Product and Upstream Marketing on larger, more complex projects using a solutions-based approach.
  • Serves as the liaison for Quality, Regulatory, and Systems to assist in Upstream and Downstream Product Marketing Projects.
  • Manages the Launch Excellence Process and works with the cross-functional team to accomplish required tasks to hand off to the Senior Product Marketing Manager.
  • Assists in managing CAPA and recall efforts with Quality and Regulatory.
  • Escalates issues promptly to prevent timing impacts.
  • Strikes a balance between rigorous process adherence and adaptability to changes.
  • Develops or assists in developing project plans, detailed scoping documents, and budgets, ensuring product launches are on time, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Provides accurate project estimates.
  • Assists in the SCS Evidence Generation Process for product claims and tracks data required for substantiation.
  • Establishes well-thought-out project plans reviewed, vetted, and approved by team leads from all disciplines.
  • Communicates prioritized daily tasks with the coordination of the Director of Product and Upstream Marketing.
  • Works with third-party resources and/or agency partners as needed for project coordination.
  • Identifies resourcing issues and prioritizes solutions.
  • Motivates the Product Marketing team to ensure expectations are met, while ensuring dependent steps in the process are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Provides clean, actionable documentation as necessary for internal project kickoffs and project milestones.
  • Helps to manage and streamline the launch excellence process for future project launches.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of post-MBA experience in medical device or biotech marketing or 5+ years of medical device or biotech marketing experience.
  • Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education requirement.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Collaborative team player who can generate action through inclusion.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with Customers, Clinical, Marketing, R&D, and Sales partners.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Independent thinker with a desire to identify creative ways to compliantly educate customers.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce analytics software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Can-do attitude, ready to learn and tackle new tasks.
  • Ability to work in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers.

Target Pay Range

$139,648.00-$192,016.00. The final starting salary offer will be determined by evaluating several factors, including education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography.
