About the Position

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to join our team in Redwood City, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, SMS, and website chat. This role focuses on optimizing our marketing efforts to engage, convert, and retain patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Campaigns: Create and manage email, SMS, and website chat campaigns from scratch, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Optimize Marketing Efforts: Analyze and optimize lifecycle marketing initiatives to maximize engagement, conversion, and retention rates.
  • Hands-on Management: Take a hands-on approach in managing every step of the lifecycle marketing campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution and analysis.
  • Collaboration: Educate and collaborate with product and engineering teams on the importance of lifecycle marketing and relevant metrics.
  • Team Building: Build and lead the lifecycle marketing team as the company grows, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns, using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar-sized startup environment, preferably within a B2C marketplace.
  • Expertise: Extensive experience in a B2C marketplace is a must.
  • Campaign Ownership: Demonstrated success in owning and managing full lifecycle marketing campaigns, with hands-on involvement in every stage.
  • Growth Mindset: Strong growth mindset with the ability to work independently and eventually build a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Location Requirement: Ability to be in the office in Redwood City 3 days a week.
