We are in search of a proactive Director of Product & Sales Marketing to become a vital member of our Go-To-Market team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead product marketing initiatives and formulate the go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire product marketing lifecycle.
  • Implement market strategies for new offerings, which include conducting market research, competitive analysis, positioning, messaging, and launching promotional campaigns.
  • Utilize marketing analytics and customer insights to discern market trends.
  • Create engaging content across diverse formats such as brochures, videos, white papers, blog posts, case studies, webinar presentations, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team on social media management and content creation.
  • Develop sales enablement resources, tools, and training materials to assist the sales team in value-based selling across the complete product range.
  • Identify customer pain points, define target market segments, and create customer personas to guide product marketing strategies.
  • Formulate strategic playbooks for go-to-market initiatives, including enablement, lifecycle marketing, cross-selling strategies, and more.
  • Aggregate and assess customer feedback and conduct research to identify trends and product gaps, developing actionable solutions such as collateral and training to empower Sales in addressing competitor objections.
  • Collaborate with product management to align the vision for our roadmap with customer perspectives.
  • Drive revenue growth and enhance conversion rates across key investment areas and new product introductions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing and/or growth marketing, with a solid understanding of key growth drivers and channels (CRM, Incentives, Paid Media).
  • Experience in retail technology, commerce cloud, or modern ERP systems is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in content creation, digital marketing, email marketing, and an understanding of how these elements contribute to business growth in conjunction with sales and product development.
  • Experience managing SEO/SEM agencies is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of delivering clear and impactful customer-facing materials.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales and marketing tools, including marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, open-mindedness, persistence, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to establish programs from the ground up; readiness to take initiative and drive results.
