Job Overview
As Sortly expands its product offerings and integrations, we are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Product Manager.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in bridging technical aspects with business strategy to enhance customer experience and drive business value.

This position requires a background in software engineering, business acumen, and a penchant for data-driven decision-making, with bonus points for AI expertise.


Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap

  • Develop and implement integrations aligning with the product vision and business goals.
  • Prioritize features based on feedback, research, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team for timely delivery.

Technical Leadership

  • Lead the team in technical requirements and API development.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams for robust integrations.

Customer Facing Discovery

  • Engage with customers to understand needs and pain points.
  • Conduct research activities to gather insights for product development.

Business Acumen

  • Analyze the market for integration opportunities to drive growth.
  • Develop business cases and collaborate with teams for effective strategies.

Data-Driven Storytelling

  • Utilize data for informed decisions and track product success.
  • Create narratives to communicate vision and performance effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with technical focus.
  • Previous role in software engineering is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and cloud tech.
