About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Qurate Retail Group. As a key member of our Corporate Real Estate Workplace Services team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment center site in Florence, SC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain site operations, including building and capital expenditure projects
  • Respond to employee concerns and ensure a safe work environment for the CREWS team and employees and guests
  • Deliver an exceptional employee experience while managing cost and vendor strategies
  • Direct the outsource relationship with vendors for dining services and housekeeping
  • Maintain relationships with property management liaisons and plan and communicate major building services/projects
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the CREWS teams, communicate performance goals and priorities
  • Responsible for financial budgets using forecasting tools
  • Implement CREWS responsibilities, including building operations and maintenance, uniformed security, dining services, housekeeping, office services, and employee store operations
  • Ensure that all systems (electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) perform at optimal levels following the law and maintain statutory records, certificates, and test certificates in an up-to-date and available fashion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years' experience leading a facilities or maintenance team in a large-scale manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Demonstrate customer service with a focus on safety and responsiveness
  • Develop working knowledge of all areas of the organization and the ability to develop a clear understanding of our functional processes and resources
  • Develop, lead, and motivate teams of employees and strategic outsource vendors
  • Accomplished in leading change
  • Experience leading building operations and services
  • Build and execute strategies aligned to business and site initiatives
  • Experience making decisions concerning the operation of facilities, the design implementation, and operation of critical systems, and capital/expense management
