About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and facility equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve facilities to ensure optimal production capacity and product quality.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and post-Preventive Maintenance (PM) performance.
- Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in accordance with industry standards.
- Monitor repair progress and update job status as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless system operation.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
- 2+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
- 3+ years of experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in popular Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) solutions.
