Position Overview:

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage plus uncapped commission, with average earnings exceeding $60,000.
  • Guaranteed minimum income of $60,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner, meeting both customer and company expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with store-level personnel overseeing frozen pizza sales.
  • Utilize an entrepreneurial approach to expand existing business relationships and foster customer rapport.
  • Unload, stock, rotate, and manage product inventory to ensure shelves are adequately stocked during each visit.
  • Maintain a flexible and efficient routing schedule tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license, with a CDL class B preferred, and a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills to deliver products promptly and effectively.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Practice safe body mechanics while optimizing time management and productivity.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, dedicated to the success of the entire Palermo's team.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position involves regular movement of product cases weighing up to 25 pounds and frequent climbing on and off the delivery vehicle.
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions and freezer temperatures is common when handling products.
