Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our success story, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth through efficient route management and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new customers to drive route growth and revenue.
  • Route Management: Efficiently manage customer bases within established routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, balance daily route activities, and maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and drive customer loyalty.
  • Asset Protection: Protect company assets, including collection of equipment and customer payments, to ensure financial integrity and minimize losses.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older, possess a CDL Class B license, and meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing.
  • Skills: Basic computer/data entry skills, math abilities, and customer service experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs, climb stairs, and travel based on company needs.
