**Job Summary**

Aramark Uniform Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in your designated territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Safely operate a company vehicle to provide products and services to customers

• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain accurate records

• Manage daily routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

• Load and unload products according to company policies and procedures

• Review invoices for accuracy and make corrections as needed

• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability

• Develop leads and prospects to solicit new business and expand existing accounts

• Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods to effectively communicate with customers

• Monitor customer feedback and handle issues in a prompt and courteous manner

• Take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others

**Requirements:**

• High school degree or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with three years of driving experience and an excellent driving record

• Customer service experience with a wide variety of consistent customer contact

• Strong math and basic computer skills

• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business

• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

**Working Environment:**

• Fast-paced environment with irregular and long hours

• Exposure to adverse and varying weather conditions

• Physical requirements include lifting and maneuvering up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of 50+ pounds
