At Privia Health Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Growth Director to join our rapidly expanding sales team. This role is responsible for achieving targets for the overall recruitment of providers into our medical group.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with experience closing complex business deals and consistently meeting or exceeding goals. If you are motivated by challenging targets and have a proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop target lists of independent primary care doctors and specialists, conduct initial sales meetings and presentations, and manage opportunities to close. They will also be required to track activities, leads, and pending deals in Salesforce and participate in weekly sales calls.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000-$110,000, plus commission-based incentives and stock units. In addition, our company provides a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

This role requires 80% territory travel, so candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling extensively. We also require applicants to comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations.
