We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director for North America to join our team at HireIO Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales teams and drive business expansion in the region.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the material handling industry, with a proven track record in market development. Strong leadership skills, including team management and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin Chinese is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Lead sales teams to achieve performance targets and objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with headquarters departments.
  • Drive business expansion in North America, including market development and client acquisition.
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • $120,000 - $150,000 annual salary based on experience.
  • Extensive experience in the material handling industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in team management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with client decision-makers.
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in additional languages advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
