Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, you will work during mid and evening shifts, providing assistance to guests and ensuring an outstanding experience from check-in to check-out. Your role is crucial in shaping the first impressions of our guests, and you will be expected to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Adhere to all security and emergency protocols, managing their implementation as necessary.
  • Effectively manage, document, and resolve all guest complaints in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Night Auditor with all front desk and accounting-related responsibilities.
  • Generate nightly reports as required.
  • Communicate special requests, early/late departures, room changes, and other guest inquiries to relevant departments.
  • Foster positive communication and collaborative relationships across all hotel departments.
  • Comply with fire, health, and safety regulations, following the correct procedures when necessary.
  • Contribute to environmental sustainability efforts in your role and as part of the team.
