Position Details: This is a full-time hourly role with a pay range of $14.60-$16.00 based on experience. The position is based in Santa Fe, NM, specifically at our Inn & Spa at Loretto.

Role Objective: As a parking attendant, your primary responsibility will be to create positive interactions with guests by consistently delivering outstanding customer service. You will be tasked with the efficient parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival at the property.
  • Assist guests in entering and exiting their vehicles.
  • Offer informed recommendations regarding local events, amenities, and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 19 years old, with a preference for candidates with 3 years of driving experience.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience; hospitality experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry items weighing over 40 pounds regularly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
