Full-time Hourly Role with a pay range of $16.00-$18.25, inclusive of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and/or the shift Supervisor to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with colleagues and guests.
  • Introduce guests to the distinctive hospitality experience of Heritage by sharing the property's story and inspiration.
  • Deliver outstanding service with a focus on confidentiality and guest comfort.
  • Offer informed recommendations regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Safeguard guest information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for customer interaction, requiring excellent service skills.
  • A friendly and approachable personality, with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in computer technology, with the ability to learn reservation systems and point-of-sale software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Preferred experience includes 6 months to 1 year in a high-volume guest-facing role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
