Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and provide comprehensive information regarding SITE SANTA FE, including exhibitions, programs, and events.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and maintain a friendly attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Process admissions and sales accurately for café products and merchandise.
  • Ensure daily cash drawer reconciliation and adhere to best practices in cash handling.
  • Collect and record visitor demographic data.
  • Handle reservations and maintain a will-call list for events and programs.
  • Support front desk operations during public programs and special events.
  • Assist with public program check-ins.
  • Collaborate with the store team to facilitate sales and provide product information to visitors.
  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures, including managing exhibition displays and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. At least one year of customer service experience.
  3. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and Google Docs.
  6. Experience with point of sale systems is advantageous.
  7. Familiarity with cash register operations.
  8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  9. Must hold a current ServSafe Food Handler's Permit or be willing to obtain one shortly after hiring.
