About the Role:
As the Legal Partnerships Manager at Scorpion, you will be instrumental in cultivating relationships with both existing and prospective partners, ensuring that the experience aligns with the high standards we provide to our clients. You will represent the Scorpion brand, promoting and leveraging strategic partnerships that support our business objectives. Your duties will include evaluating the compatibility of potential partners, including leading manufacturers, distributors, consultants, and companies within the home services sector that can leverage Scorpion's platform and marketing solutions. A key aspect of your role will be to maintain open and transparent communication with partners, fostering trust and collaboration to achieve shared goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Strategic Partnerships in assessing partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and implement execution plans for significant partnership initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners, working closely to achieve measurable results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive outstanding service and drive revenue growth.
  • Accurately monitor partner performance and revenue metrics.
  • Stay informed about trends in the home services industry.
  • Utilize Scorpion training resources to continually enhance product knowledge.
  • Contribute to the professional development of your team and establish strong business connections.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B large account or partner management.
- 2-3 years of experience in partnership development within the home services sector.
- Proficient in negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and partnership marketing tools.
- Understanding of legal considerations related to partnerships.

Compensation:
At Scorpion, we prioritize pay transparency. For this position, the base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 for entry-level roles and $108,000 to $132,000 for highly experienced candidates. Our compensation packages also include performance-based incentives such as bonuses or commissions.
