Join Our Team as a Customer Success Manager

At Onit, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to foster and enhance our relationships with our esteemed clients, including SimpleLegal, SecureDocs, and Axdraft. This role offers a unique chance to engage with all three product lines.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Become an expert in our products, guiding clients to maximize their use of our systems.
  • Act as a problem solver for both clients and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify clients who may be at risk.
  • Share best practices with colleagues to enhance the quality and efficiency of our processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Support, Marketing, Product, and Account Management teams.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A background in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in Consulting or Software, with a preference for Legal Software.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Customer Success tools.
  • Experience in a small, high-growth Customer Success environment.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Legal Ops, Legal, Finance, and IT.

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
