Join Our Team as a Customer Success Manager
At Onit, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to foster and enhance our relationships with our esteemed clients, including SimpleLegal, SecureDocs, and Axdraft. This role offers a unique chance to engage with all three product lines.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Become an expert in our products, guiding clients to maximize their use of our systems.
- Act as a problem solver for both clients and internal teams.
- Proactively identify clients who may be at risk.
- Share best practices with colleagues to enhance the quality and efficiency of our processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Support, Marketing, Product, and Account Management teams.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- A background in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience in Consulting or Software, with a preference for Legal Software.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Customer Success tools.
- Experience in a small, high-growth Customer Success environment.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Legal Ops, Legal, Finance, and IT.
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
