Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Media Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team.

As the Media Sales and Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic media sales and establishing and nurturing partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in media sales, a deep understanding of the media landscape, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities:

Media Sales:

Develop and execute a comprehensive media sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and advertising partners.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and presentations.


Partnerships Development:

Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key players in the media industry.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Evaluate potential partnership opportunities based on strategic fit and mutual benefits.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.


Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize results.


Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and achieve common goals.

Communicate effectively with clients and partners, providing regular updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Contract Negotiation:

Lead negotiations for media sales and partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.

Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize contracts in accordance with company policies.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in media sales and partnerships development, preferably in a related industry.

Strong understanding of the media landscape, advertising trends, and digital marketing.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

High attention to detail.

Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related Google Office Suite comparable platforms.


Ability to manage multiple projects while being responsive to the needs of the division and peers, be able to prioritize effectively and exercise flexibility as needed.

Self-confidence in creative idea generation and ability to communicate a narrative.

Excellent project management and organization skills.

Knowledge and understanding of sports business, sports media, and athlete representation industry.

Salary:

$60,000 annual salary with competitive commission structure

40 hours per week minimum
