About The Role


As the Partnership Manager for Legal Services, you will lead Scorpion's engagement with its partners, both new and established, ensuring that their experience aligns with the high standards we provide to our clients.

As a representative of the Scorpion brand, you will advocate for and leverage key partnerships that resonate with our strategic direction and contribute to our growth objectives.

With each new partnership you pursue, you will be tasked with evaluating the compatibility with Scorpion.

These partners will encompass top-tier manufacturers, distributors, consultants, and other entities that collaborate with home services businesses and stand to gain from Scorpion's platform and marketing solutions.

As one of the initial points of contact, you are expected to uphold a standard of excellence in communication, relationship management, and business insight.

You are a natural connector with impeccable communication abilities and can negotiate and influence effectively to position Scorpion as an unparalleled partner.

A crucial aspect of your role is to foster ongoing communication with partners, nurturing a relationship built on transparency and trust to achieve mutual goals.


You will collaborate with the Director of Strategic Partnerships alongside the Sales, Corporate Marketing, Account Management, Product, and Finance teams to ensure our partners and their customers experience our products and services in a manner that surpasses their expectations and drives revenue.

What Your Success Will Look Like

Support the Director of Strategic Partnerships in evaluating strategic partnership opportunities and the scope of work necessary to realize potential collaborations.

Act as the project manager by developing and overseeing the execution plan to deliver on key initiatives for partnerships.

Cultivate relationships and trust with partners, working closely with their teams to drive measurable outcomes.
Partner internally with Corporate Marketing to create content, white papers, landing pages, etc., essential for partner enablement.

Train, enable, and support Home Services sales and account team members to maximize value in our relationships with partners and their customers, referrals, etc.

Ensure accurate tracking is established to report partner performance and revenue.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the home services sector.
Utilize various Scorpion training resources to continuously enhance your understanding of our products and services.
Contribute to the professional development of your Scorpion colleagues.
Create meaningful business relationships with our partners and your Scorpion teammates.

Who You Are And What You Bring
4+ years in B2B large account or partner management
Proven experience of 2-3 years in partnership development (managing referral, product, or channel partnerships) within the home service sector
Experience in managing partner relationships and delivering outcomes
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the capability to leverage data for partnership decisions
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Track record of surpassing goals and expectations
Familiarity with CRM software and partnership management tools
Experience in creating and executing partnership marketing campaigns
Understanding of legal aspects related to partnership agreements.

Compensation
We recognize that states have enacted legislation promoting pay transparency.

As a national employer, Scorpion has decided to disclose our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.

The base salary is $90,000 (entry-level) - $110,000 (highly experienced). This position's base salary + annual variable is $108,000 (entry-level) - $132,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits.

If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.

Additionally, we value pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.

Please note that the range mentioned above represents the total salary range for the role.

Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future salary growth.

The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
