Administrative Operations Coordinator

Sentry Management is a prominent player in the comprehensive management of community associations. Our mission is to cultivate communities that we take pride in by prioritizing their needs, enhancing property values, and supporting the initiatives of community boards while improving residents' lifestyles.
We are currently in search of a skilled and dedicated Office Manager for our operations. The Office Manager plays a crucial role in executing and overseeing internal office procedures as directed by the Division President and corporate guidelines. This position is integral to the local management team, overseeing and coordinating the daily functions of administrative personnel in support of all division Community Managers and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of incoming payments for associations.
- Handle the receipt and distribution of incoming correspondence, ensuring proper documentation.
- Prepare and manage courier and mail packages to and from the corporate office.
- Maintain an inventory of printed materials.
- Provide assistance to community association managers as needed.
- Conduct various HR-related tasks, including onboarding and managing new hire documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and procure supplies for the division as necessary.
- Address and resolve computer and technology-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in office or administrative roles.
- Exhibit professionalism, organizational skills, and self-motivation.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
