Key Responsibilities- Perform daily administrative duties including data management, document organization, and filing.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for team members.
- Address inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal personnel promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of business processes and operational procedures.
- Oversee inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
- Support various special projects and initiatives as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Salary Range: $18 - $21 per hour
