Position: Administrative Assistant II

EPCOR is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant II to provide essential support to our leadership team. This role will involve collaboration between various offices, ensuring seamless administrative operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the schedules of senior leadership
  • Provide assistance to Senior Managers and Supervisors
  • Compile and prepare monthly performance reports
  • Support safety initiatives and related tasks
  • Oversee document preparation and revisions
  • Track and monitor reports and logs efficiently
  • Arrange travel logistics and accommodations
  • Accurately reconcile expense reports in a timely manner
  • Organize catering services for meetings and corporate events
  • Maintain calendars and bookings for meeting spaces
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Facilitate mail distribution and delivery services
  • Keep distribution lists and contact directories updated
  • Assist with office furniture requests and relocations
  • Process mileage reimbursement claims
  • Act as a liaison for building maintenance and IT support
  • Execute additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with some college coursework preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in office administration
  • Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with video and teleconferencing tools
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities
