Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to focus on General Construction covering the Northern Virginia area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new product leads and business opportunities that will translate into company revenue
  • Prospect, propose, and close on new revenue opportunities
  • Prepare and define scopes of work and estimates
  • Network with IT and building facilities personnel within government and commercial organizations
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of mission critical power and cooling industry trends and technologies
  • Conceptualize and execute creative and differentiated strategies, programs, and tools that support clients\u2019 strategic objectives
  • Maintain all sales demonstration tools and applications
  • Establish and maintain a high level of professionalism with clients, vendors, and colleagues
  • Operate vehicles and other equipment safely and adhere to safety protocols
Requirements
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree and/or equivalent education and experience
  • 5-8 years of outside sales experience in General Construction or Data Center
  • A minimum of a Secret Clearance
