Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Sales Account Executive to enhance our Sales team, concentrating on the promotion of data center solutions and services. The successful candidate will possess a robust sales background within the data center sector, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of data center technologies and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue objectives within the data center market.
  2. Identify, assess, and qualify potential leads and business opportunities through comprehensive research and relationship development.
  3. Establish and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers at data center facilities, including senior executives and IT management.
  4. Work collaboratively with internal technical teams to customize data center solutions that align with client requirements.
  5. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the advantages of our data center offerings.
  6. Engage in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Monitor and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to the data center field.
  9. Represent Compu Dynamics at industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and establish our presence as thought leaders.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in outside sales within the Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Data Center industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with critical power and cooling systems in data centers.
  2. 3-5 years of experience collaborating with IT firms, colocation providers, and end-users managing data center infrastructure.
