Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated and skilled Sales Account Executive to enhance our Sales division, with a primary focus on promoting data center solutions and services. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in sales within the data center sector, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of data center technologies and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at meeting sales objectives and revenue targets within the data center market.
  2. Identify, assess, and qualify potential leads and business opportunities through diligent research, networking, and relationship cultivation.
  3. Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at data center facilities, including executives, IT managers, and procurement professionals.
  4. Collaborate with internal technical teams to customize data center solutions and services to align with client requirements.
  5. Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our data center offerings.
  6. Engage in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  7. Monitor and report on sales pipeline status, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  8. Remain updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to the data center domain.
  9. Represent Compu Dynamics at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and establish our thought leadership.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  2. 3-5 years of external sales experience in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Data Center industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with critical power and cooling systems in data centers.
  2. 3-5 years of experience collaborating with IT firms, colocation providers, and end-users managing data center infrastructure.
