Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the role of Account Manager within our Sales division. This position is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in sales to major tech firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business leads and opportunities that will contribute to revenue growth.
- Engage in prospecting, proposal development, and closing of new business deals.
- Define project scopes and prepare detailed estimates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with IT and facility management personnel in both governmental and commercial sectors through various communication channels.
- Stay informed about trends and technologies in the mission-critical power and cooling sectors.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies and programs that align with client objectives.
- Manage and maintain all sales demonstration tools and resources.
- Exhibit professionalism in interactions with clients, vendors, and colleagues, fostering positive working relationships.
- Utilize personal/company vehicle responsibly within the service area, adhering to all traffic regulations.
- Ensure safe operation of vehicles and equipment, following safety protocols and reporting any hazards.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, particularly with major tech companies.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with data center critical power and cooling systems.
- 3-5 years of experience working with IT firms, colocation services, and end-users managing data center infrastructure.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compu Dynamics offers a competitive salary range of $86,000 - $120,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, various voluntary benefits, employer-paid life insurance, holiday pay, parental leave, volunteer time off, and generous paid time off policies.
