We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our growing sales team, focusing on General Construction in the Northern Virginia area.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities and leads that drive company revenue
  • Prospect, propose, and close new revenue opportunities
  • Develop and define scopes of work and estimates
  • Build and maintain relationships with IT and building facilities personnel in government and commercial organizations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies in mission-critical power and cooling
  • Develop and execute creative strategies, programs, and tools to support clients' objectives
  • Maintain sales demonstration tools and applications
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism with clients, vendors, and colleagues
  • Operate company vehicles safely and adhere to safety protocols

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience
  • 5-8 years of outside sales experience in General Construction or Data Center
  • Preferred: Secret Clearance
