Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated and skilled Sales Account Executive to enhance our Sales team, with a primary focus on promoting data center solutions and services. The successful candidate will possess a solid history of sales achievements within the data center sector, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of data center technologies and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue objectives within the data center market.
  2. Identify and assess potential leads, prospects, and new business opportunities through thorough research and networking.
  3. Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at data center facilities, including executives and IT management.
  4. Collaborate with internal technical teams to customize data center solutions and services tailored to client requirements.
  5. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of our data center offerings.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Monitor and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies within the data center domain.
  9. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to promote our data center solutions and establish thought leadership.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  2. 3-5 years of external sales experience in industries such as Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Data Center.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with critical power and cooling systems in data centers.
  2. 3-5 years of experience collaborating with IT firms, colocation providers, and end-users managing data center infrastructure.
