The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in fostering and nurturing robust relationships with both potential and current clients in the commercial and industrial refrigeration sectors.

This position emphasizes proactive engagement in customer relationship management and collaboration with the Service department to ensure client satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and sustain strong connections with existing and prospective clients through effective phone and email communication.
  • Work closely with the sales team and leadership to meet sales objectives and contribute to overall revenue enhancement.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes based on opportunities identified by our service technicians.
  • Follow up diligently with clients regarding all pending proposals.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records of interactions within our CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with marketing and service leadership to implement targeted campaigns and pursue generated leads.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques and remain informed about product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales strategies.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Resilience and a positive approach to handling rejection.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
