Role Summary

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for cultivating and securing commitment for collaborative business partnerships with designated accounts. This role is pivotal in driving additional sales and enhancing the customer’s investment through strategic business initiatives. The focus will be on maximizing customer lifetime value and fostering a strong commitment to Andersen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic business planning efforts and propose solutions that promote profitable growth for Andersen while enhancing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure that customer opportunities are effectively pursued and supported.
  • Articulate a clear path for business enhancement through Andersen’s unique solutions, linking insights to market strengths.
  • Develop tailored strategies for engaging key stakeholders on specific business opportunities.
  • Participate in joint selling initiatives with customers.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proven ability to establish robust business relationships with trade customers and channel partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven planning.
  • Effective use of CRM systems and sales methodologies.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and market trends to create mutually beneficial strategies.
  • Demonstrated capability to present solutions to stakeholders at various levels using diverse delivery methods.
  • Experience in a collaborative sales environment.
