Key Duties:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Enhance and sustain relationships with existing clientele.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate customer needs and suggest suitable roll-off dumpster options.
- Create and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new accounts.
- Work in conjunction with the operations team to ensure efficient delivery and collection of containers.
- Monitor sales activities and maintain precise customer records utilizing our software platform.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitors to uncover growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within the waste management or a related sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven and results-focused with a robust work ethic.
- Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with roll-off dumpsters, waste management regulations, construction industry standards, and local market conditions is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation Structure:
- Compensation for this role will be determined based on a profit-sharing model.
