About the Role

Vericast is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles, with an average opportunity value of $250k - $500k.
  • Prospect within your existing account territory to identify and qualify new opportunities, determine members of the buying group, lead discovery, and demonstrate solutions to prospective clients.
  • Consult with bank and credit union clients on business issues and marketing program design, understanding client needs, negotiating costs and services, and resolving sales or delivery issues.
  • Partner with Strategists and SMEs to develop insightful proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations and Delivery Teams to execute project specifications and deliver quality results to clients.
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects, with an expected travel percentage of 50%.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Required)
  • Advanced degree in business or related field (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years in a quota-carrying sales role, with demonstrated consistent over-performance.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing disciplines.
  • Recent solutions sales experience within a bank, credit union, fintech, SaaS, consulting, or other financial services-related company, with marketing discipline preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience and proficiency required in Marketing, Media, Advertising.
  • Selling through creating a compelling vision or story.
  • Use of data and insights as a selling tool.
  • Prospecting/new business development.
  • Managing client relationships.
  • Selling multiple/integrated product campaigns.
  • Understanding of the client's market and strategic needs to align and recommend the ideal solution.
What We Offer
  • Base salary: $125,000-$140,000.
  • Position is eligible for a sales incentive/commission program.
  • Ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
