Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Major Account Executive to join our National Accounts team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing National Account Service programs, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage National Account Service programs to meet customer expectations and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including C-level executives
  • Negotiate contract renewals and facilitate price adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver customer reports to effectively execute and manage assigned accounts
  • Engage in regular account visitation meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Service Management or Sales Management in a service industry
  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • Service industry experience preferred
  • Experience in contract negotiations with large impact customers at the Executive or C-level decision-making level
  • Autonomous, progressive, and take-charge attitude with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight approximately 20% of the time
