Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Calian. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through the sale of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential customer sites
  • Provide product and technical information to customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, engineering, and marketing to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline development
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology sales and field account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation and pipeline development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
