About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Elevance Health. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, hospitals, and healthcare organizations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in infusion, home health, and/or hospice sales
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and current trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
