The Account Representative is responsible for driving sales and identifying opportunities across a diverse customer base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cultivates new business leads through networking, outreach calls, and research across various platforms.
• Engages directly with clients to build robust relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Analyzes complex customer requirements to prepare tailored quotes.
• Conducts impactful sales presentations while ensuring all technical specifications are addressed.
• Provides on-site support to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Collaborates with vendor partners to strengthen relationships and enhance sales efforts.
• Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Drives revenue growth and enhances profitability through the acquisition of new clients and the development of existing accounts.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
This role typically requires a high school diploma or GED, along with relevant industry and sales experience.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of fundamental sales principles and best practices.
• Capability to influence clients while maintaining positive relationships.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with industrial products, including power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other related items.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
May require availability for on-call duties during evenings or weekends, as necessary.
