Job Summary
Continental Carbonic is in search of a Territory Sales Executive to oversee our dry ice sales operations.

The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is accountable for all sales and expansion initiatives related to the dry ice segment within their designated area.

The TSE collaborates cross-functionally with our branches and production teams to ensure the safe and reliable supply of dry ice to our clientele.

We seek a driven Sales Professional who excels in delivering value and recognizes that success is the result of strategic efforts.

This role also encompasses customer service responsibilities, which include nurturing existing client relationships and cultivating new ones while coordinating with other regions across the country.


Compensation:
$75k base salary plus commission and vehicle allowance (OTE $115k+)

Territory:

Home office based, covering the South Texas Market (San Antonio/Austin).

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve and surpass corporate goals for safety and profitable growth within the assigned territory.
• Utilize software tools to initiate, track, and document outreach to potential business clients.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports.
• Manage travel expenses effectively and fulfill personalized training requirements.
• Adhere to company policies regarding safety, administration, and quality standards.
• Draft quotes, proposals, and contracts for approval.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business needs and establishing a consultative rapport.
• Negotiate new and renewal agreements with clients.
• Drive profitable business growth by collaborating with commercial teams, product management, and contract administration.
• Manage a portfolio by gathering feedback from various organizational groups.
• Facilitate communication and support between our clients and Continental Carbonic.
• Provide initial product and application support to clients and prospects.
• Assist with accounts receivable as needed.
• Promote additional offerings from Continental Carbonic during the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal resources to achieve growth targets.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal departments regarding customer success, opportunity details, development processes, and other pertinent information.
• Oversee contract lifecycles, including price reviews, quarterly business reviews, and volume assessments.
• Support customer activities, new business acquisition, contract negotiations, and service requirements.

• Maintain opportunities, contact information, and professional sales interactions in CRM systems.

• Stay informed about industry trends and monitor competition by collecting current market data.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities and facilitate the transition to other team members.


Qualifications
Education:
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:
• 6+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of high performance.
• 1-3 years of experience in Dry Ice/CO2 products, B2C accounts, protein processing and packaging, and Third Party Logistics preferred.
Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Hands-on knowledge of industrial gas products, production, distribution applications, and related equipment.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing practices. Training in Safety and Compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA, and FDA) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
Licenses:
• Valid Driver's License required.
Physical Demands:
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job, including lifting and transporting items up to 30 lbs, and frequent travel (40-60%) for customer meetings and corporate engagements.
