Position Overview:
The Accounts Receivable and Revenue Specialist will take the lead for specific accounts and will be responsible for managing revenue and accounts receivable functions. This role includes the preparation of sales commission and royalty reports, as well as handling sales tax preparation and online submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Review customer accounts receivable status and issue customer statements of account.
2. Follow up on payments and monitor cash balances.
3. Prepare and manage sales commission and royalty reports.
4. Handle sales tax preparation and online filing for specific accounts.
5. Process customer credits and manage bank inquiries.
6. Record cash receipts and perform invoice matching and payment reconciliations.
7. Prepare customer proforma invoices and manage sales order credit holds.
8. Maintain the accounts receivable customer master file, including initial setup and updates.
9. Oversee the opening and closing of accounting periods, set daily currency rates, and manage month-end accruals and reconciliations.
10. Prepare accounts receivable and revenue reports for monthly reviews and other supplemental reports as needed.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or a related finance field is required. Proficiency in various systems and tools such as Microsoft Office, Oracle ERP, and financial reporting software is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective time management abilities. A commitment to independence and strong work ethics is also crucial for success in this role.
